Testing and batch documentation
Documentation is tied to a specific lot, never to a product in general. Anything published here describes one exact lot of one exact fill size, and it is reviewed by a person before it appears.
Research use only. For laboratory research use only. Not a drug, food, cosmetic, or medical device. Not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any form of administration.
Lot records
Each lot we receive is recorded with its own lot number, fill size and receiving date. Records are kept even after a lot is superseded, so an older document can still be looked up.
Laboratory reports
Reports supplied with a shipment are described as supplier-provided laboratory reports. Where we commission a report ourselves, the commissioning party and laboratory are named on the document.
Review before publication
Nothing is published until the printed lot, fill size and material on the document match the record it would be attached to. We do not summarise or restate a result that the document itself does not show.
Look up a lot
If you have a vial in front of you, the lot number on the label opens the record for that exact lot.
