What we collect
Research order requests: your name, organisation, email, phone, shipping state and postal code, the exact materials and fill sizes requested, and the research-use acknowledgement you gave. Contact enquiries: your name, email, organisation, topic, any lot reference, and your message. Documentation-update signups: your email address and the versioned consent you gave. Availability notifications: your email address and the exact fill size you asked about, with its separate one-time notification consent. Site analytics: counts, page and material identifiers, coarse device class and campaign attribution, with no personal identifiers attached.
What we deliberately do not collect
No payment is taken anywhere on this site, so we hold no card numbers, no payment authorisations and no payment credentials. We never store your raw network address; abuse controls use a keyed one-way digest of it that cannot be reversed back to an address.
How we use it
To review and reply to a request or enquiry, to confirm availability and lot documentation, to send an availability notification you specifically asked for, to send documentation updates where you consented separately, to prevent abuse of public forms, to maintain the records we are required to keep, and to understand aggregate site usage.
Consent and withdrawal
Marketing consent is always a separate, unticked decision, never bundled with the research-use acknowledgement or with an availability notification. Every consent decision is recorded with its version and date. You can withdraw a consent at any time by contacting us; we record the withdrawal and suppress further contact while keeping the consent history itself, which is what evidences the original decision.
Notifications and outbound email
Outbound email is not connected. Notifications generated by this site are prepared and held internally, and we say so at the point of submission rather than claiming a message was sent.
Service providers
We use the hosting and database infrastructure needed to operate the site and store these records. We do not name a payment, email, shipping or analytics vendor here, because none is configured. If one is engaged later, this policy will be updated before it processes your information.
Retention
Request, enquiry, consent, suppression and audit records are retained for as long as needed to operate the business and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted or reduced to non-identifying counts. Analytics records hold no personal identifiers.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honour the request except where a record must be retained by law or to evidence a consent decision, and we will tell you when that applies.
