Sealed materials

Because these are research chemicals whose chain of custody cannot be re-established once they leave our control, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item within seven days of delivery with the order number, lot number, and photographs. We will replace or refund confirmed errors.

Documentation discrepancies

If a supplied lot does not match its published batch record, stop using the material and contact us. We will investigate and, where warranted, replace, refund, and update or withdraw the affected record.
