Requests are reviewed by hand on business days. Nothing ships at request time. Where a request is later accepted and separately invoiced and settled outside this site, materials ship in protective packaging appropriate to a lyophilised product.

Destinations

We ship only where it is lawful for us to do so. Purchasers are responsible for any import requirements, duties, or restrictions that apply at the destination.

No payment at request time

This site collects no payment, no card details and no payment authorisation, and it reserves no stock. A research order request is a request for review only.
