What does research use only mean here?

Every material we supply is intended for laboratory research by qualified purchasers. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and it is not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or administration of any kind. We do not publish dosing, reconstitution, or administration instructions, and we cannot advise on them.

How is batch documentation organised?

Each lot has its own record containing the product and variant, chemical identity, nominal fill, lot number, dates, the testing laboratory, the tests actually commissioned, and any resulting reports. Where a test was not commissioned, the record says so plainly. We never imply identity, purity, mass, sterility, or endotoxin status without a report covering that exact lot.

Why do some items show a pending price?

Products stay in draft with placeholder pricing until an administrator confirms inventory, pricing, and documentation for that variant. Draft items are labelled as such throughout the store.

Why is checkout in test mode?

Accepted Answer

No live payment processor is connected. Checkout runs through a mock provider behind a processor-independent adapter so the flow can be tested end to end. A live provider will be connected only after it has reviewed and underwritten this catalog and business model.

Do you use coded product names?

Accepted Answer

No. Internal SKU codes exist for inventory, but the chemical identity of every material is stated on the product page, the label, and the batch record. Blends list each component individually.

Who can order?

Purchasers must confirm at checkout that the materials are being acquired for laboratory research only. We may decline or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with research use.

How do I verify a lot number?

Accepted Answer

Enter the lot number printed on the vial or carton into the batch lookup page. Only published records are searchable. If a record does not appear, contact us with the lot number and we will confirm its status.
